Experience
LU LENG received his Ph.D degree from Southwest Jiaotong University, Chengdu, P. R. China, in 2012. He performed his postdoctoral research at Yonsei University, Seoul, South Korea, and NanjingUniversity of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Nanjing, P. R. China. He was a visiting scholar at West Virginia University, USA, and Yonsei University, South Korea. Currently, he is a full professor at Nanchang Hangkong University. Prof. Leng has published more than 100 international journal and conference papers, including about 50 SCI papers and three highly cited papers. He has been granted several scholarships and funding projects, including five projects supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC). He serves as a reviewer of more than 100 international journals and conferences. His research interests include computer vision, biometric template protection and biometric recognition. Prof. Leng is an outstanding representative of "Innovation Talent" of Jiangxi Enterprise in "Science and Technology China" in 2021, received "Jiangxi Youth May Fourth Medal" in 2019, "Jiangxi Hundred-Thousand-Ten-thousand Talent Project" in 2018, "Jiangxi Voyage Project" in 2014, etc.
Prof. Wendong Xiao

Wendong Xiao is currently a Professor and PhD supervisor with the School of Automation and Electrical Engineering, University of Science and Technology Beijing, P. R. China. He held various academic and research positions with the Institute for Infocomm Research (I2R), Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR), Singapore (2004-2012), Nanyang Technological University, Singapore (2001-2004), Northeastern University, China (1999-2001), as well as the POSCO Technical Research Laboratories, South Korea (1996-1999). He received his Ph.D. degree from Northeastern University, China in 1995. His current research focuses on wearable computing, non-contact intelligent sensing, intelligent data processing, and energy harvesting based network resource management. He has published about 300 papers in Journals and conferences and has been participating in a number of research and industrial projects in the related areas, funded by the National Key Research and Development Program, National Natural Science Foundation of China, etc. He is a senior member of IEEE, a member of the IEEE Interactive Wearable Technology and Equipment Special Committee, the Health Engineering Branch of the Chinese Biomedical Engineering Society, the Intelligent Internet of Things Systems Committee of the Chinese Simulation Society, a member of the Intelligent Medicine Committee of the Chinese Artificial Intelligence Society, and a specially invited expert of several Xiangshan Scientific Conferences. He was the TPC Chair of of the Eighth National Wearable Computing Academic Conference 2018 and member of the Steering Committee of the National Wearable Computing Academic Conference from 2020 to 2022.

Dr Arun Balodi, Senior Member IEEE, Fellow IETE, Life Member ISTE is currently working as Professor & Head at Atria Institute of Technology in Bangalore, India. Dr Arun bestowed with PhD, Electrical Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, India, 2018, M. Tech., Digital Signal Processing, Govind Ballabh Pant Engineering College, Pauri, India, 2010, and B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Uttar Pradesh Technical University, Lucknow, India, 2005. He was awarded Gold Medal in M. Tech., and the Academic Excellence award in the year 2010 and 2011. His research area in Biomedical Signal and Image Processing, Artificial Intelligence. Dr Arun has more than 14 years of teaching and research experience in the various institutions in India, which include Shobhit Institute of Engineering and Technology, Gangoh, Saharanpur, Shivalik College of Engineering, Dehradun, National Institute of Technology, Delhi, and presently, Atria Institute of Technology, Bangalore, India. Dr Arun also received MHRD scholarships during the research work at IIT Roorkee. His research area is Digital Signal and Image Processing, Medical Image Analysis, Machine Learning and Pattern Recognition. He has published more than 14 papers in peer-reviewed journals and international conferences. He is an active researcher and reviewer for various indexed Journals and Conferences and given various technical talks. He has actively participated in more than 22 FDPs and more than 100 webinars and conducted workshops in the domain of Signal and Image Processing. He is currently advising IEEE Student Branch at Atria Institute of Technology, Bangalore, for the IEEE Bangalore Section.
Assoc. Prof. HILAL Imane

Dr. HILAL Imane is an Associate professor at the Department of Data, Content, and Knowledge Management of the School of Information Science (ESI), Rabat, Morocco. She Graduated from ENSIAS, University Mohamed V in 2009 as IT Engineer she got a Ph.D degree from University Hassan II in 2016. Passionate about computer science, she has been teaching IT for more than 10 years. During 2020, she got two professional certifications in cloud computing from Oracle and Huawei and a professional certification in Artificial intelligence (AI) from Huawei. She is currently the chair of the ASIS&T Africa Chapter, and the treasurer of the Research Center on Information and Data Science (RCIDS) hosted in ESI Rabat. She was involved in the organization of many International Scientific Conferences: SyscobIOTs19, ICSSD’19, SADASC'20, and ICSSD’21. Her main research areas are Cloud computing, E-healthcare, E-Learning, Decision support systems, and software dependability. She is a permanent reviewer in the International Journal of Computer Engineering and Data Science (IJCEDS), AiScholar and Editor Board member in InformationMatters.
